Our range of services includes Training Needs Analysis, Consultancy, Applications Training/support and VQ assessment

Training Needs Analysis - by completing a selection of forms based on key elements of application software, training delegates will provide a wealth of information regarding the scope of training required.  It is then possible to design a course of training based on a combination of delegates' desires and management requirements - not always the same thing! Advice is also offered on the availability of funding to support training by up to 50% - a good way to double your budget!

Applications training/support - we offer a variety of options relating to training and support for a wide range of operating systems and applications, including:

  • GoldMine - we are fortunate to have the ONLY GoldMine Certified Instructor in Scotland
  • Crystal Reports - either specifically for GoldMine or for many other data sources
  • Mamut Business Solutions - a range of training to suit the variety of modules in the suite

    • VQ assessment - What's a VQ? Vocational Qualifications are becoming more and more important.  Many organisations are now recognising their true worth as a useful indicator of learning and experience.  Employers are now learning the value of supporting their staff through VQs, many with financial assistance from their Local Enterprise Company.
